I was looking through old files on a my computer and found highschool stuff. In terms of visual arts i only did design in year 12 but picked up sculpture (and art history) in year 13. I reckon it's fine taking 2 art subjects and totally worth it if that's what your into. I wish i had taken photography but i found it really intimidating at the time... i still do i guess. My work from year 13 is really embarrassing but really funny, i'm only posting stuff that is only mildly embarrassing opposed to the rest which i'm extremely embarrassed about...i shouldn't be embarrassed....but i am... i know i'm gonna be embarrassed about stuff i did last week in a few months

so sculpture was probably where my obsession for fake flowers started.


i also used a lot of duct tape cause it was just an easy way to stick things to things and just pretended it was part of my 'concept'

okay i love my design from year 13 because LOL just look at it, i thought it would be fun/funny to do my year's brief on a pop duo HA HA HA ha... (mag dps, mag cover, cd cover, gig poster)






okay now i'm obsessed with the idea of 'highschool art' i wish famous artists would collaborate and put together an online exhibition (cause i doubt it would be in New Zealand...) using art they made during their teen years

so my obsession with the obsession of princess diana is still going...
Got another princess d fashion book in Wellington, I also got a vinyl record of her wedding ceremony but left it at the airport
:-(
So camp was fun as always but i think i got way too excited for it and was underwhelmed, Paul fractured his wrist and had to go to hospital which was funny cause he was supposed to have a chilled out evening so he could pick up Joe from the airport the next morning. ALSO i was cooking a pita in the oven in the kitchen at camp and someone stole it???? i was standing in the same room, who does that....i can't get over it... kind of sad that is my most memorable moment of camp 2012
